The driver is supposed to stop on a flashing red and then proceed when clear, but they never stopped on the flashing red and continued through to immediately cut into my lane so that they could avoid being behind a large Amazon Prime truck. I had to hit my brakes to avoid slamming into them and honked to let them know they were about to cause an accident. They then continued to continuously break in front of me and kept trying to break check me while holding the middle finger up.
