Fails to stop at intersections for pedestrians at cross-walks -- out of frustration, anger or other deranged chaotic state of mind -- gesturing as if wanting to run over them or simply could care less given absence of any sensitivity to the fellow's surroundings. Looks to be using his gargantuan vehicle to bully pedestrians and anyone else who gets in his path.
