The mean and horrible man in this vehicles decided to back up near the Holtsville Fire House on Long Avenue. He proceed to back up on the road. I honked 20 times, it just back up it my car which was standing still at a caution light. This man should be arrested and thrown in jail forever. It believe this was done on purpose.
