Subject attenpted to pass in the right lane on a two lane highway. Slow traffic merged right thus preventing her from passing. Subject merged left and proceeded to tailgate me. I overtook slow traffic in right lane and merged left. Subject tailgated me until I merged away then gestured a lewd hand signal, and sped off in the left lane. Subject took glens falls exit on 87-North.
