Discription of Events: On 9/4/21 around midnight, the driver was high/wasted/whacked out as h*ll behind the wheel of her running car (a black Honda) at Sheetz on West 130th and Snow Road in Parma, Ohio. My assumption is either heroin, crack or a combination of the two. Ive lost count of people I know who have overdosed over the past 10 years and (sadly) know exactly what this behavior looks like. If I wasnt on the phone calling police as she attempted to back out of her parking spot (failed twice, gave it so much gas in neutral the engine revved, pulled back in, tried to pull back out and sat still as she was half backed out and cocked to the side, then sped off) I would have recorded it. This woman needs serious help and should not be on the road behind the wheel of a running vehicle. Shes endangering the lives of countless people on the road, including her own.
