Discription of Events: This person was driving down 17 street swerving in and out of traffic, using the turning lanes to pass others in the left lane, almost crashed into me. When they turned down Lake Weir Avenue, they were speeding and almost ran off the road. Pulled into HCA Hospital Employee Parking.
