Discription of Events: This driver stopped in the middle of an intersection downtown behind Trader Joe’s and opened his door and started yelling and giving the middle finger to another car that may have missed a stopped sign. The person in the other car had a minor with them in the front seat and witnessed this inappropriate behavior.
