Discription of Events: This pathetic excuse of a black human being was weaving in traffic on Tharpe Street at 6:51 PM on 4/2/2024. He doubled, if not tripled, the speed limit, was not using any directional signalage when merging into lanes, and would tailgate people to attempt them to go faster. He obviously does not care about anyone around them or their safety. It is no wonder he is the bottom of the food-chain, disgrace to human society, troublemaking n---a. He would be the first person to flee from an accident when he causes one. It is also obvious that his parents did not care about his well-being since they probably had him by accident. Also he has no idea of how to channel his anger and will gladly displace his problems onto people. I don't know what makes him think he is above the law, but trust me karma will kick his ass.
