Discription of Events: I was driving along the road on US 82 from Texarkana to Lewisville going about 60mph in a 55mph zone. There is a dual lane and this person passes me going probably 20mph over the limit and continues that speed indefinitely. I am not sure if it was a TX or AR license plate.
