Discription of Events: Skinny white male, black sunglasses, short hair, dark shirt, speeding & weaving between vehicles southbound on Jones Blvd from Charleston to Flamingo. He ran the red light at Spring Mtn & Jones, and was flipping off all the cars he passed. Aggressive driver dangerous to others, needs to be arrested immediately.
