Discription of Events: Was tailgating me for about 5 blocks. They turned into the same parking lot as me and continued to tailgate me. I was forced to try and turn around because there was no parking and they began honking and yelling. They then almost hit me as I tried to drive forward., not even waiting until I was fully reversed before beginning to drive forward. I had to swerve to the side to avoid being hit by them.
