Discription of Events: I was driving with my wife and three children to get some ice cream. This driver was in front of us on the highway. I notice some people in the truck bed loudly panting and making noises WHILE THE CAR WAS IN MOTION. I had to roll up my windows on a such a nice day as my wife was in shock and my teenagers were laughing. If you see this driver in public, ask him why he allows this to go on. I don't want my kids getting ideas!
