Discription of Events: Vehicle belongs to Omega Pro Systems out of Itasca Vehicle was speeding to pass a line of cars whom had already made the merge to head a lane closure for construction up ahead. While the Omega vehicle was approaching, another vehicle postured so as to not let them pass. The Omega vehicle slowed & then went up & over a curb, onto the parkway, nearly missing a lamppost & tree. Then quickly accelerated to swerve & pass the posturing vehicle. All within feet of a construction zone.
