Discription of Events: I was driving down E Lakeshore Drive and a woman almost T-boned me coming turning left onto E Lakeshore Drive from Morning Glory Avenue. She was talking on her phone, speeding, and tailgating the person in front of her. She quickly pulled into the Shell gas station on highland and almost hit someone because she was in such a hurry.
