Discription of Events: Date: 6/14/17 City/State: Orlando,Florida Location: 7-Eleven (12655 International Dr, Orlando, FL 32821) An African American male in a red colored rental nissan altima was driving recklessly in a 711 gas station. He asked multiple individuals for gas money, changing his 'story" every time. When people declined to offer gas money to this scammer, he became belligerent and started swearing at everyone. He said some very nasty things. I'm honestly shocked he became so rude, just by people saying no. Personally, I think this individual is mentally unstable and is a threat to individuals filling up gas, especially women and young kids who just started driving.
