Discription of Events: I saw this car hesitating as I was driving so I switched from the right lane to the left, giving the driver enough room ..well unfortunately she did not know how to drive. This lady made the turn so wide as I was driving and almost side-sweep the entire passenger side of my car, causing me to hit the curb -- and she did not stop, she kept on driving. Thankful my siblings and I are okay.
