Discription of Events: This person followed me around a couple of neighborhoods even did some circles to test and they were quietly following me. I ended up speeding away for them to follow me to a grocery store. The car has unique scratches and poor tint on it so it was easy to spot he/she again. Ended up tricking so I can get behind him and take pictures of his tags and he ended up pulling over followed me again for ten mins then left me alone.
