Discription of Events: Light complected male, facial hair goat-t, dark hair black or dark brown driving a black Chevrolet Silverado pulled up to driver side window and rolled down window yelling at me and threw a plastic jug at my car, I slowed down to let him pass, he later pulled up to my passenger side and threw something hard or shot at my car and broke/ shattered my rear passenger window. I then called 911 and gave them license plate "1DVTVL". Vehicle resides in Houston, Texas.
