Discription of Events: 06/02/2024 approximately 11:45 am. This Driver Hit and Ran after hitting a White SUV in the back, this happened in front of the Dunkin’ Donuts at 2568 Riva Road, Annapolis, MD. Driver fled the scene after colliding with the White SUV when the White SUV pulled over and applied Blinkers. Driver then sped off into traffic. Other drivers and Insurance companies beware.
