Discription of Events: Driver was going 40 in a 50 on the highway in the left lane and constantly brake checking. Decided to move to the right lane to take an exit without a blinker on and proceeds to make hand gestures at me. He decided to pick up the speed when moving into the exit not thinking I could get his license plate but here it is!
