Discription of Events: Very aggressive driver, I was going 45 in a 40 speed limit and he was honking and flashing lights and tailgating, changed lanes for my safety and he was shouting and showing me the middle finger after he passed by. Then proceeded to pull over and come behind me to follow me. Eventually left me alone but I took a photo fo his plate to report him here.
