Discription of Events: They cut me off then drove extremely slow, the guy in front of him was no longer in view. later he was turning right, as he was turning he hit his breaks so hard so i had no choice but to slam on my breaks. i thought he was going to make a quick turn but since they braked last second when turning he was still in the lane and i didn’t have room to pass though while him being in the lane
