Discription of Events: This was a temp plate gotten on 11/17/18. Two lanes were merging into one. He was in the right lane. Once the dotted line had ended he sped up and almost pushed my car out of the way to cut in front, where there was no room, instead of settling right behind where there was room. I had to cross the yellow line to avoid a collision.
