Discription of Events: I was driving down 94W towards downtown Mpls. I was in the 2nd from right lane, had my blinker on & was getting over to the far right lane. This car came fast from far left lane. They were not in the far right lane & instead, followed me over. Right at that moment, I was cut off by a Suburban in front of me getting over. I had to slightly hit my brakes to allow them to get over. The Chevy then pulled out from behind me to the left back to the 2nd from right lane and sped up. There were vehicles in the lane up ahead so they kept speeding up & cut over -- there was not even space for one car length between the back of the car in front of them & my front end. They cut over in front of me anyway so I hit my brakes to avoid an accident & flashed my brights at them. They slammed on their brakes in front of me to a COMPLETE stop right before the exit onto 4th Street into downtown. There was NO reason for them to hit the brakes. I happened to turn onto the same street they did - and got stopped by a light - so was able to snap the picture of the car, with license plate. Unbelievable thing to have happen at 7:00 in the morning.
