Discription of Events: Incident happened on October 27th around 12:22pm. This young driver started tailgating me and drove through the middle lane of the road and drove back into my lane and started braking to cause a rearend accident. My car has forward collision and it warned me several times when he was deliberately doing it. I started filming him on my phone when he was not giving up.
