Discription of Events: Four lane road with an island. Merged right without directional into my car forcing me to hit the curb on my right going 40 +/- mph in order to avoid being hit by their car. Seemed distracted not looking or focusing on a phone. Even after \r\nI honked they continued to drift right into my lane pushing my car to hit the curb and drag on the concrete. Proceeded to slowly drift into my lane until I honked again. They looked at their center mirror and drove off.
