Discription of Events: May 8th around 2:50 am heading north on groton school rd right before john riley rd, i was going up the hill at about 35mph when i see a vehicle headlights coming fast behind me, the road starts to turn few seconds later this car is feet away from the rear end of my car i cant even see headlights its that close, then this car decided im too slow and passed me on the opposite side of the road a second later right before john riley rd, by the time i made it by zodiac village the car was out of sight. The road was damp and could see car tire tracks they were using the opposite side of rd and cutting into corners like a race car.
