Discription of Events: This woman so impatient had the nerve to cut in front of me as the light was turning red so she could "get to her daughter at the mall". I was going in the same direction as her trying to get to Macy's. She decides to cut in front of me again without any directional signal. The police officer didn't do anything about it. What's more shameful is we park in the same vicinity. I see this lady pull up her pants as she got out of the car so she was playing water park with her tickle canyon. I see her later on picking up bras for herself and don't see any daughter come see her the entire 45 minutes we were there. I watched her go back to her car and leave the mall. What a tool!
