Discription of Events: Reckless driving from Asian bus driver on 10/9/18 at approximately 10 AM this morning on the corner of 1st Avenue & 23rd Street cutting off a sanitation van and almost hitting a pedestrian & car. When confronted, he taunted people with obscene sexual gestures.
