Discription of Events: This person ran through a stop on a two lane road speeding, then cut in front of another vehicle afterwards they then went into the other side of the road speeding trying to cut myself off I blew my horn in an attempt to tell them chill out because a light was very close but they kept going so I slowed down. This couldve ended very badly if any other driver did the wrong thing
