Discription of Events: At the Capitol, this white lady decided to shout like a maniac & protest the current stay at home order. She then proceeded to berate a HEALTHCARE worker for blocking her protest. She ended up contributing to the traffic which has prevented a lot of nurses & doctors from getting to the hospital.
