Discription of Events: Refused to let traffic merge, after 2 cars passed they sped up and tailgated me, drove back into the merge lane to pass everyone (almost went into the ditch), and when we made it to highway 17 going North, jumped in front of me (all while not using blinkers), and SLAMMED on the brakes in front of me while in the left lane going 50 with traffic behind us. Proceeded to follow me for a mile or two and then took off towards the mall! Watch out!
