Discription of Events: i was in the exit lane on the 215 to get off at Lamb and the mustang driver was in the lane to the left of me. without warning or any signal he started to get in the exit lane as he was right next to me which pushed me into the guardrail. i honked my horn to get his attention but he kept getting in my lane so i had to slam on my brakes to get behind him otherwise i would have hit the guardrail. He knew i was there as he had been behind me for miles on the 215 until that exit. he then proceeded to slam on his brakes after he got in front of me and wouldn't move his car. i went to go around him then he peeled out so i couldn't. after going through the first light at Lamb he got behind me and tried to hit my car several times and then proceeded to follow me up lamb. He got next to me at the light so he could scream at me and call me names. He followed me all the way up Lamb while cutting people off and driving recklessly almost hitting other cars so he could stay behind me.
