Discription of Events: I am riding a bycicle, on the furthest right side of a wide street alley that isnt for regular traffic. This driver harassed with horns and threatened to run me over and yelled slurs. Then repeadetly stopped and shifted into reverse intending he was going to back into me on my bike. I have picture of vehicle and license plate.
