Discription of Events: This driver cut us off getting onto the highway. He then proceeded to erratically follow us across county lines for 10 miles until we entered a dead-end neighborhood in Creve Coeur where he tried to box us in for confrontation. Thankfully we were able to drive out of that situation and phone the police. We have video of the cutoff and the attempted confrontation. This man is a very disturbed person, hopefully he can find help.
