Discription of Events: First they were texting and driving, without even looking at the road. Then they tried tailgating as I drive the 35 mph speed limit. Next they tried to pass me on the same road where there was a double yellow line. Eventually they pulled over at a shop, so I pulled over to talk with them. They were in the store, so I took a picture of their license plate.
