Discription of Events: Driver was tailgating, and cutting people off. He swerved in front of me and slammed on his breaks, knowing there was traffic. I had to swerve into the left lane. I did take pictures. He had a woman with him as well. Then he kept doing the same thing to me until I made a right turn.
