Discription of Events: This young girl in about her early 20s speeding through the intersection by the mall. Lights were green it looked like she was about to get sick but then I looked over she was completely naked with her thong thrown in the back window. Some guy was chasing her as the light was turning yellow. The police haven't found her but the guy was arrested for public indency during the daylight hours. The guy was looking all proud for his score. I hope she is reading this!
