Discription of Events: This driver was running through stop signs, swerving all over the road in a residential area, tailgated my car continuously until he illegally passed (whilst flipping me off) driving at least 45/60mph in a 25mph residential area (despite the signs and speed bumps), then proceeded to do the same with the next vehicle in front of him. 04/21/23 around 1pm. From Landsdowne, to Wilson Downing, through the neighborhoods around The Summit.
