Discription of Events: Witnessed vehicle weaving in and out of traffic between right and passing lane in heavier traffic. Alert to behavior and watching. Sure enough, the car drove into my lane without blinking and there was barely a car length and I had to slow down dramatically in order not to hit the vehicle.
