Discription of Events: Large squatted black truck, back window reads "Dope Boys"in reflective letters. Seen driving dead center of Goose Prairie Rd. Very heavily "squatted." Swerving between lanes. Not sure what the model is, full size truck, no logo. I was passenger in my vehicle, and have a video of this.
