Discription of Events: I have encountered this vehicle on at least 3 occasions on 2 lane back roads. It has passed me despite there being no passing areas on these roads. I was not travelling below the speed limit. On one occasion, the passing occurred on a winding section of road where oncoming visibility was poor. This driver is going to cause an accident before too long.
