Discription of Events: Driver was engaged in Road Rage with several motorists, driver then was flashing a weapon out the window and forced traffic to come to a sudden stop by getting in front of a truck and slammed their BREAKS on almost causing an accident. Highway Patrol was called. Once driver seen that we HELD SMARTPHONE up and started to film their actions, they quickly took off.
