Discription of Events: Motorcycle swerved through traffic to cut off the driver who merged in front of them. Motorcycle break checked causing the driver of car to skid and swerve into another lane. Upon approaching a red light, motorcycle driver proceeded to threaten and make rude gestures at teenage girl.
