Discription of Events: Scum of the earth was purposely speeding and tailgating my car on the freeway to the proximity that I couldn't even see their headlights in my rear view mirror. You can't even drive that close on local, but this idiot thinks he can tailgate on the freeway. Loser thinks he owns the freeway apparently.
