Discription of Events: Hit and Run.. Driver of this vehicle was clearly driving under the influence when he made a sharp left turn onto a one way street where my vehicle was parked and hit my right back bumper. Immediately after, female stumbled out of passenger side (clearly intoxicated as well) to take a turn in the driver's seat (as that would alleviate the problem). The vehicle takes off leaving behind a chunk of their left front bumper.
