Discription of Events: Driver went around me going over 15 MPH over the speed limit honking for over 10 seconds because i would not move for him. Then he proceeded to break check me slamming on his breaks until we were almost stopped and were holding up traffic on Duraleigh Rd. Then he proceeded to roll his window down and shout profanity at me.
