Discription of Events: Going down 465E just before the Allisonville road exit, this guy continues speeding down the right side median after the right lane merged and ended. He then proceeds to sharply cut in front of me (I was in the far right lane attempting to exit) in bumper-to-bumper traffic, nearly crashing into me and the car in front of me. He almost caused a serious accident just to pass a few cars in traffic; ridiculous.
