Discription of Events: This person was in the passing lane going 60mph other drivers along with myself moved to the middle lane and with the flow of traffic we were able to pass this driver. As soon as I passed about a mile later this driver proceeded behind me now in the passing lane, and and placed his high beams on my tail. I moved into the middle lane lane to let them go by. They chose to tailgate me for 20+ miles with their high beams on. I moved over to the lane all the way to the right and they continued to tailgate me at speeds of under 60mph with their high beams on. Finally after the rte 84 exit they passed me and proceeded to the Palmer exit.
