Discription of Events: I saw this woman drive dangerously fast and cut off a line of about 40 cars to get into the lane next to me. When we were in dead stopped traffic, she began to merge into the front of my car (almost hitting me) so I honked to let her know I was there. She then rolled down her window, stuck her head of the car and shouted "PROBLEM?" then she gave me the finger and continued to cut me off leaving only an inch or so between my front bumper and her tire. I saw her driving erratically after I got around her. DANGEROUS woman on the road
